Meet Lifestyles Therapist

Sarah Thompson OTD, OTR/L, BCB-PMD, STAR/C

Sarah graduated from Creighton University’s Occupational Therapy Doctorate program in December 2011. She is a trained Life Advisor and certified in Biofeedback Evaluation and Treatment for Elimination Disorders and Pelvic Floor Disorders. Sarah is the creator of Lifestyles behavior modification program and a Start Certified, Oncology Rehabilitation Clinition.
